Marieke Guy

My name is Marieke Guy and I work for UKOLN (A centre of excellence in digital information management, providing advice and services to the library, information and cultural heritage communities) based at the University of Bath.

I’m currently a Research Officer in the Community and Outreach Team. You can find out more about my work from my staff page.

I started working from home in April 2008 and have since become the Remote Workers Champion at UKOLN.

I want to find ways that those of us who don’t get into an office (for one reason or another) can be as well supported as on-site staff.

If you want to contact me you can email me using m.guy at ukoln.ac.uk or you might catch me on Twitter (mariekeguy) or Facebook (Marieke Guy).

    Hey Marieke,

Thanks so much for checking out my blog (http://flexibleperformance.wordpress.com). I’m really glad you told me about your blog because since I’ve recently started working remotely, I’ve been looking to develop a stronger online and “offline” community of people who are also working remotely.
